What's included
- One to one support in the community: shopping, appointments, recreation, visiting family and friends, sport and classes
- Group and centre based activities
- Programs that build lasting community connections, such as joining mainstream clubs, courses and volunteering with support
- Transport to and from activities, appointments, work and study
- Support to plan outings, book tickets and manage budgets on the day
