What's included

• Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and mealtime assistance
• Medication prompts and assistance
• High intensity supports delivered by workers trained and assessed against the NDIS skills descriptors, which can include complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, urinary catheter care, ventilation, subcutaneous injections, severe dysphagia management and seizure management
• Community nursing: wound care, continence assessment and management, medication management, health monitoring and training of support workers
• Household tasks: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping and basic garden maintenance
• Overnight support, active or sleepover
